After its legendary original location was closed after being devastated by a fire in February of 2021, this San Francisco cocktail heavyweight reopened a few streets away in March 2022 to great fanfare. Following the same mission set out from its founding outpost, PCH 2.0 has further refined its menu inspired by the flavours of Asia and the islands of the Pacific. Its tropical-leaning drinks, such as the Thrilla in Manilla (bourbon, shiso, calamansi, pineapple, coconut, absinthe and li-hing mui) or the Oh, Snap! (gin, manzanilla sherry, sugar snap peas, citrus, absinthe and tonic) are ideal companions for a buzzy evening on the Golden Coast. Its Hi-Ball Hour, everyday until 7pm, is a sensation too, where Diedrich and team serve up the addictive carbonated creations en masse.
