ENTRY

1. ELIGIBILITY

2. This Promotion is open to anybody from anywhere in the world, aged twenty-one (21) or over.

PRIZES

1. One winner will receive $1,000 cash to be used across any of our 50 Best lists.
2. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the organiser, William Reed Ltd.

 

WINNER SELECTION & TERMS

1. One winner will be randomly selected through a fair and transparent process. The draw will take place at the 50 Best office on 14 April 2025. Winners will be notified via email on the same day.

• If a winner does not accept their prize by replying to the notification email by 17 April 2025, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

2. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms (which may be amended or updated at any time by us with or without notice), as well as the terms and policies of the Website. Our decisions regarding the Draw, winner selection, and all other matters related to the Promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Any changes to these Terms will be posted as revised terms and conditions on the Website.
4. William Reed Ltd assumes no responsibility for any technical issues or errors, including but not limited to:
   • Incorrect or inaccurate entry information.
   • Errors, interruptions, or delays in operation or transmission.
   • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to server issues, viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond our control.

GENERAL

 

1. By participating, you agree that William Reed Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your participation in the Draw or acceptance of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
2. The £1,000 cash prize will be transferred to the winner’s bank account. The winner must provide valid bank details for the transfer.
3. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their entry complies with local laws and regulations.
4. William Reed Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise that are beyond our reasonable control.
