Sugarhall

Singapore, Singapore

Hidden above an acclaimed Californian restaurant you will find an old favourite, back from an extended leave of absence. Sugarhall first opened on Amoy Street in 2014 serving up good vibes and punchy Daiquiris before closing is doors back in 2018 – in 2022 it's back with a vengance, in a new home and with a new lease of life. Sugarhall doesn't take itself too seriously, calling itself a cocktail pub, which is a concept we are particularly fond of. There's a prodigious rum selection, including curated flights categorised by country of origin, alongside a fantastic selection of non-alcoholic options (from mocktails to cider). We all know though that the cocktail list is the main event here and it doesn't disappoint, kicking off with a classic Daiquiri and a Dark & Stormy before moving on to lesser-known classics like the Mulata Daiquiri made with 12-year-old rum, vermouth, cocoa nibs, wild plum eau de vie and lime.
