An extensive menu offers everything from braised imperial bird’s nests and stewed crab claws to golden frog’s legs and double-boiled abalone soup. For special occasions, order in advance the barbecued whole suckling pig, double-boiled whole winter melon, Peking duck or 1.8kg fortune chicken.
