Featuring many of the greatest chefs on the planet, ranging from Daniel Humm and José Andrés to Elena Reygadas and Ana Roš, the 50 Best Signature Sessions series, presented in partnership with Resy and American Express, arrives in Las Vegas this June. Teams from 25 restaurants will be involved in one-time-only collaborative dining experiences open to the public as part of the wider programme surrounding The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024, hosted in Las Vegas for the first time

Anyone seeking a unique taste of 50 Best in the form of menus created and cooked by superstar chefs from the world’s most acclaimed restaurants should book a seat at one of the 50 Best Signature Sessions in Las Vegas.

Chefs and their teams from, among others, Le Du and Potong in Bangkok, Brat in London, Quique Dacosta in Dénia, Spain, Piazza Duomo in Alba, Italy, Atomix in New York and Pujol in Mexico City will be joining forces with a range of local restaurants including Sparrow + Wolf, Casa Playa, Wakuda and Bazaar Meat to create once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences.

Running from Sunday June 2nd through Thursday June 6th in locations both on and off the Strip, the collaborations also feature: Slovenian chef Ana Roš of Hiša Franko; San Francisco-based Dominique Crenn of Atelier Crenn; current World’s Best Female Chef Elena Reygadas of Rosetta in Mexico City; Kyle Connaughton of SingleThread and the legendary Thomas Keller of The French Laundry, both in California; and renowned pastry chefs Dominique Ansel and Pia Salazar.

Who: The team from Hiša Franko from Kobarid, Slovenia, led by former holder of The World’s Best Female Chef title, Ana Roš, comes to chef Brian Howard’s acclaimed off-Strip restaurant, Sparrow + Wolf, to kick off the series.

What else: This one-off, 60-seat dinner will combine regional European and modern American elements across a special five-course menu, featuring 10 dishes and canapés, priced at $350++ per person with an optional wine pairing at $150 per person.

Who: London-based chef Tomos Parry brings his fire-cooking skills to Las Vegas for a lunch-time feast at Esther’s Kitchen, the downtown restaurant from acclaimed US chef James Trees.

What else: Parry will feature dishes from Brat (No.53 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023) and his new restaurant, Mountain – arguably the hottest opening in the UK capital of the last year – alongside Trees’ Italian-inspired fare in a combination of individual and sharing plates. Who: Three leading female chefs come together for a celebration of Mexican cuisine at Wynn Las Vegas’ buzzing Casa Playa restaurant. Chef Sarah Thompson, who previously worked with Enrique Olvera of Pujol fame, hosts The World’s Best Female Chef 2023, Elena Reygadas of Rosetta in Mexico City. Meanwhile, Wynn’s executive pastry chef Jennifer Yee will provide dessert.

Who: Chef and humanitarian José Andrés (former winner of the Icon Award from The World’s 50 Best Restaurants) is one of the highest-profile figures in global gastronomy. Quique Dacosta is one of Spain’s most revered chefs with his eponymous Dénia restaurant ranking at No.20 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023.

What else: The two Spanish-born greats go back decades and will be curating a 10-course Iberian feast for the times, supported by Estrella Damm. Tickets are $500++ per person with a cocktail, Spanish wine pairings and Estrella Damm lager included.

Who: The 50 Best Signature Sessions series rounds off with a bang: seven of the finest chefs from across the Americas gather at Lakeside for the Icons Dinner, hosted by Wynn Las Vegas executive chef Christopher Lee. The all-star line-up includes: Thomas Keller and Daniel Humm from Best of the Best restaurants The French Laundry and Eleven Madison Park; former Icon Award winner Dominique Crenn of Atelier Crenn; JP Park of Atomix (No.8 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023); Kyle Connaughton of SingleThread (No.68 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023), as well as one former and one current holder of The World’s Best Pastry Chef title in Dominque Ansel and Pía Salazar, respectively. Cocktails come from Wynn’s master mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini.

What else: Preceded by a cocktail-and-canapé reception, this once-in-a-lifetime dining event takes the form of a six-course feast, along with a range of exceptional wine pairings. Tickets are a cool $2,000++ per person.
