With its boutique concept, relaxed atmosphere, vast range of meat cuts and a hint of swagger, it has established itself as destination of choice for the serious carnivore. Owned by Turkish butcher and chef Nusret Gökçe – aka viral meme sensation Salt Bae – the menu sees native kofta meatballs sit comfortably alongside New York-style lamb and huge Dallas steaks. Theatre is very much order of the day, with visual, aural and oral senses stimulated throughout every dining experience.
